Moved from Oak Harbor in '83 to the Boise, Idaho area where my parents had earlier moved to a few years after my dad had retired from the Navy. It was where they were from so there were other relatives around too.
I settled down in a small farming town on the Idaho/Oregon boarder right off I-84 just a short hours drive from Boise.
Worked a few different jobs including a glass shop where I put more little scars on my hands from the sharp glass than you would think a person could. In '91 Oregon built their largest prison just out of town and that's where you will find me during the days...NOT living there, but working as a Correctional Officer (guard) hanging out with killers and thieves and rapists. It makes the rest of the world seem REAL nice. :) I'll probably retire with the Oregon Department of Corrections and that will probably be when I die of old age. Hey, works for me. LOL
I married in '90 to Kim who works as a commercial insurance agent in our town.
I still play a little basketball and volleyball and some softball when I can to stay active in the sports I liked playing when I was young. Enjoy playing some online computer games when I can hide from the wife and still love listening to music real loud. The older I get the more I like to listen to the older stuff too.
